ADULT BIBLE CLASS:  Please note the Adult Bible Class begins this morning at 9:45 a.m. in the sanctuary.  Please join us!  We will be enjoying a series of videos on the Reformation.

THE REFORMATION:  A new book has been released with many informative facts, illustrations, portraits, maps and other visual highlights of the Reformation, as we prepare to celebrate its 500th Anniversary.  The Reformation is available from Concordia Publishing House, and can be purchased at a reduced price of $24.99 (U.S. funds) by signing up on the poster outside of Pastor’s office.  The reduced price offer will end on October 16th.  A small sampler of the book is available in the church office if you would like to review it.

INTERNATIONAL LIFE CHAIN:  Windsor Essex Right to Life would like to invite you to this year’s International Life Chain.  The event takes place today, meeting in front of Windsor Regional Hospital (Met Campus) on the sidewalk along Tecumseh Rd. East, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.

BALLOON UPDATE:  We have received word that one of our Sunday School balloons made it all the way to Grosse Pointe Park in Michigan.  What a wonderful feeling to know that someone found the balloon with the note telling them that Jesus loves them!

PORTALS OF PRAYERS:  The October to December edition of Portals of Prayer has arrived.  Please help yourself to this wonderful daily devotional book, available at the back of the church and in the hallway.
