CHURCH OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED this week on Monday, July 1, and Friday, July 5.  We’re moving to a summer schedule of full office hours only Tuesdays–Thursdays.

PORTALS OF PRAYER booklets (July to September) are available at the back of the church and in the church hallway.  Please help yourself to this wonderful daily devotional book.

SUNDAY SCHOOL AND ADULT BIBLE CLASS will now be on summer break and are scheduled to resume Sunday, September 8.  Meanwhile, interested adults are welcome to stop in at our “East Windsor Bible Class,” which meets every second Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Hofburg condo building, 5064 Wyandotte Street East.  The next class is set for Wednesday, July 10 … Pastor Torgerson teaches this class which has begun working through the Gospel according to Mark.

REMEMBERING CANADA DAY, which tomorrow marks the 152nd birthday of our country – July 1, 1867 – we include special prayers of thanksgiving and intercession in today’s services.

SUMMER WORSHIP SCHEDULE begins next Sunday, July 7, and runs until Labour Day:

8:45 a.m.           German Service (communion on 2nd and 4th Sundays each month)

10:00 a.m.         English Service (communion on 1st and 3rd Sundays each month)

PASTOR MATT FENN’S INSTALLATION in his first parish is set for Sunday, July 14, at 4:00 p.m. in St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 115 Cambria Street, Stratford.  Our Windsor church members are welcome to attend.
