YOUNG ADULT FELLOWSHIP meets again Thursday, August 8, at 6:30 p.m. at the church.  Bring a little cash along to “chip in” for dinner, which we will order in.  We’ve already had three really encouraging sessions; if you or someone you know fits into the roughly 18-to-30 age bracket and would like to join us, get in touch!  For starters, you could contact Pastor Bugbee (pastor@firstlutheranchurch.ca) to get onto the group’s contact list.

PASTOR TORGERSON IS ABSENT from parish this morning, conducting worship at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Chatham, which is without a pastor.  He is still reachable in the church office this week.

SUMMER OFFICE HOURS:  This week our church office is open Tuesday-Thursday, August 6-8, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Note that the office is closed both Monday and Friday.

WE SHARE THE AIR:  Scented products have chemicals that may trigger serious health reactions in people with asthma, migraines, allergies or chemical sensitivities.  To minimize the impact to our members, friends and visitors, we respectfully ask that all of us either avoid or reduce the use of scented products when attending or visiting our church.  We thank you for your understanding and help.
